Rainbow Roots is run by registered dietitian nutritionist and lactation consultant E.L. Frederick-Leota, MS, RD, IBCLC, better known as Freddie (she/her). With an extensive background in neonatal, pediatric, and perinatal nutrition, Freddie specializes in inclusive care for Houston families of all backgrounds.
At Rainbow Roots, Freddie provides in-home and virtual lactation and nutrition support to pregnant and lactating parents, infants, and toddlers. Through September 30th, Freddie is offering FREE Lactation Consulation Services in Southwest Houston, Missouri City, Sugar Land, and surrounding areas. All are welcome!
